Prior to founding Vantage Point Alliance, Eric Vanetti led Organizational Development & Talent Management for Xerox Corporation. 

Eric received a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, and a B.S. in Business Administration and Psychology from Southern Oregon University in Ashland, Oregon.  His certifications include Human Capital Strategist, Union Avoidance Direct Persuader, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
